Michael won the 200 freestyle over Ryan, this event takes the top four as it is part of the 4 x 200 freestyle relay so Ryan, Ricky Berens and Conor Dwyer. In the men’s 100 backstroke Matt Greavers wins in 52.08, just 1 tenth off the world and American record, Nick Thorman is 2nd 52.86. The first event of the day is the men’s 400 IM and this features Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte as the top two swimmers. There is no automatics at the trials so we see if they both are on their game. Tyler Clary is also inn the hunt.
